Open from 9am for breakfast and caffeine, Café Brazil offers a wide selection of Espressos, Cappuccinos and Lattes made from freshly ground Brazilian coffee beans.

The café also offers selection of freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, paninos, baked potatoes and salads for lunch, as well as Neide’s very own homemade quiches and soups.
           
But it is perhaps hugely popular selection of delicious cakes for which Café Brazil is most famous, and the Banana Cake in particular. It’s very probably the best in Cambridge!

Weekends offer a special treat. Neide cooks up Feijoada, the national dish of Brazil. A mouthwatering dish of black beans cooked slowly with a variety of meats. Neide’s own family receipe includes pork, spare rib, pork belly, beef, chorizo and pancetta cooked together for hours so all the meats melt together with the beans to create a rich and intense flavor.  Feijoada is served with rice, cabbage and garlic bread. It’s absolutely delicious and incredibly popular. You really have to experience it!

Café Brazil also takes care to cater for non-meater eaters offering an incredibly tasty vegetarian version of Feijoada that includes brown beans, sweet potato, carrots, potato and pumpkin or squash. Delicioso!

Café Brazil offers a wide selection of healthy tropical juices and smoothies made from100% natural fruit pulp from Brazil. A delicious selection includes Assai (Acai), Barbados Cherry (Acerola), Cashew (Caju), Guava (Goiaba), Mango (Manga), Papaya, Passion Fruit (Maracuja) and Brazilian Plum (Umbu).

Take home a little piece of Brazil
As well as the fresh food made on the premises, Café Brazil has a Mini Deli offering Brazilian products like Guarana (popular soft drink), Biscuits, Beans and Chilli Sauces to name but a few.

And of course you can also find here the world famous Havaianas (Brazilian flip flops) and a selection of artisan pieces and jewellery.
