Café Brazil brings a little piece of traditional Latin America to Mill Road, Cambridge. Brazilian owner Neide Carvalho has been making, baking and serving traditional Brazilian dishes, cakes, coffee and juices for over six years in the vibrant café decorated with funky art and prints, all with a Brazilian influence.

The effect is a colourful combination of art, culture, cuisine and conversation; a hot spot for Mill Road’s local community as well as food and art lovers from all over Cambridge.

Café Brazil is family friendly, with a kids’ corner full of toys for children to stay amused whilst parents while away the time chatting over coffee or lunch.

Open from 9 am for breakfast and caffeine, Café Brazil offers a wide selection of Espressos, Cappuccinos and Lattes made from freshly ground Brazilian coffee beans.

A selection of freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, paninos, baked potatoes and salads are available for lunch, as well as Neide’s very own homemade quiches and soups. But it is perhaps hugely popular selection of delicious cakes for which Café Brazil is most famous, and the Banana Cake in particular. It’s very probably the best in Cambridge!

Weekends offer a special treat. Neide cooks up Feijoada, the national dish of Brazil made with black beans cooked slowly with a variety of meats, or an equally delicious vegetarian version. Delicioso!
